Yes. We accept applications from registered appraisal trainees. Supervised experience and training opportunities depend on applicable requirements and our current capacity.
No. We welcome Certified General, Certified Residential, State Licensed Residential, and Appraiser Trainee applicants, as well as people who have not obtained an appraisal credential yet and want to explore the profession. Appraisal work requiring a credential or supervision must comply with applicable state requirements.
Our core service area includes metropolitan St. Louis and surrounding Missouri communities, along with select Kansas City-area markets. Actual assignment coverage depends on qualifications, geographic competency, and business needs.
